幼儿园各班为三教一保的配置，每班配备一名专职外籍教师、一名学前教育专业中教、一名英语教育专业或具有双语教育教学背景的中教和一名保育老师。另外，还配备绘本、心理、科探、美术、舞蹈及运动专室教师。所有教师由上海世外幼教集团统一培训和定岗，并具有相应的专业资质，全面保证高素质的教师队伍。

Each class is equipped with four professional teachers, including one full-time international homeroom teacher, one Chinese homeroom teacher majoring in preschool education, one Chinese teacher with strong English education background, and one life teacher. This setup ensures children are immersed in an authentic bilingual environment. Additionally, there are single-subject teachers for reading, psychology, science, art, dance, and sports. All teachers undergo unified training and placement by the Shanghai World Foreign Language Early Childhood Education Group, along with pertinent professional qualifications to fully ensure a high-quality teaching team.
