上海世外儿童早期发展中心（以下简称“上海世外亲子中心”）的中外方指导师团队，100%本科及以上学历、持有国际文凭IBO官方培训证、具备美国PITC婴幼儿照护教育项目认证、中方指导师100%流利双语教学。部分指导师具备心理咨询师、ECSTEM、艺术教育、英语教育、家庭教育的职业认证资质。

The team of Chinese and foreign instructors at Shanghai World Foreign Language Early Childhood Development Center (hereinafter referred to as the WFLK ECDC) boasts 100% have a bachelor's degree or higher, holding official training certificates from the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO), and possessing certification from the U.S. Program for Infant/Toddler Care (PITC). The Chinese instructors are 100% fluent in bilingual teaching. Some instructors additionally hold professional certifications in psychological counseling, ECSTEM, art education, English education, and family education.

With an average of 8 years of teaching experience in parent-child courses, the team has accumulated extensive experience in respectful and responsive interactions with infants and toddlers, supporting infant and toddler development, and enhancing the quality of parent-child interactions. The instructor team at WFLK ECDC is dedicated to maintaining a positive view of children, education, and values, and aims to establish well-being connections with more infants, toddlers, and families through their abundant educational enthusiasm, advanced parenting philosophies, and solid teaching capabilities.
